Sourcing Program Overview

Swift Coffee Sourcing is a steward of coffee, blending attention to detail and relationship-building with the agility and efficiency of a modern coffee importer. We serve mid- to large-scale specialty roasters in North America, Asia, and the Middle East, supporting their connection to origin while providing the operational security needed to plan, contract, and launch coffees with confidence.

Our primary focus is customized full container load (FCL) sourcing for roasters and coffee buying groups; however, all three sourcing programs remain fully accessible through our curated U.S. spot offerings. Smaller and growing roasters participate in the same sourcing framework, relationships, and quality standards, with volumes tailored to their needs.

We have three key sourcing programs, each designed around its function for our customers.

Origins

Our primary expertise and deepest relationships are in Peru and Ethiopia, with early-stage work being done in Nicaragua and other countries (stay tuned to learn more!)

Foundations Program

These coffees form the commercial backbone of the lineup—available spot or at full-container scale, specified as needed to meet price and performance targets, and sourced from the same communities as Alta.
